Brokerage Administration and Sales Supervision (BASS)

Required to obtain a Principal Broker License

All brokers who desire to become a principal broker are required to satisfy the 40 hour Brokerage Administration and Sales Supervision course.  The Oregon Real Estate Agency also permits this course to be used for continuing education, subject to the approval of the licensee’s employing principal broker.  Brokers licensed prior to July 1, 2002 must also successfully pass a state administered principal broker examination.

Included with the course – free of additional charge –is the state bank of exam practice questions.

• Each section is followed by a short quiz.  You must pass each quiz with a score of at least 75%
• After all sections are completed, a final examination of 70 questions will be accessible.
• You must appoint someone who is not a relative or who does not profit from your real estate license to verify your identity for the real estate agency
• Certificates are available for immediate download with a passing score of at least 75%
• All quizzes and the final examination are completed online.
• Our online method of course material, grading and certificate delivery are all fully approved by the Oregon Real Estate Agency.
